Mindy Rosenbaugh, Cheryl Lindquist, and Marti Spitzer
This year our partnership has undergone some fine tuning. We expanded the partnership to include Cheryl Lindquist who had been our assistant for the past two years and decided to "take the plunge" and officially became a broker associate. We are transitioning from M&M to THE MCM GROUP. We feel with the three of us available to our clients we are assuring them the BEST full time service. If one of us doesn't know the answer, the other two will know the answer or know where to find it.
Marti lives in Dove Creek and has commuted to Cortez every day for many years. Marti's family owned a business on Main Street with Marti running the business herself for several of those years. Marti and Billy have four children and five grandchildren.
Cheryl and her husband Jim left Cortez in 1974 only to return 30 years later. Cheryl has worked as our assistant for the past 2 years and has recently become a broker associate.
Mindy has worked in accounting and financing and also was a business owner. She and her husband Jim both are Cortez natives and have raised their families here. Mindy is currently the president of The Four Corners Board of Realtors.
The best part of this partnership is that we were all born in Cortez around the same time, in the same hospital, grew up in the same neighborhoods, attended the same schools, and finished high school here in Cortez together. Our parents actually started the tradition as they were friends in school as well.
